This was made very sparatically and the idea came randomly. The concept started with having three relationships rotate around the Sheilds Library at UC Davis all in one shot. With that in mind the story came easily. Unfortunately, made with no steady cam, it still came out quite nicely.
This video won Best Drama Award in the Campus Movie Fest for UC Davis, and went on to be in the top films for Northern California. Featured on the CMF site for several months it is still a personal favorite.
In 2008 No Talking won the Best Screenwriting award in the 2008 UC Davis Theatre Film Festival.
